We do NOT guarantee that new followers will interact with you; we only assure delivery of the followers/services you paid for.
We do NOT guarantee that all accounts will have a profile photo, full bio, or uploaded posts, although we strive to ensure quality.
You agree not to upload any content to the SMMFamous website that includes nudity or any material not accepted by Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or other social media communities.
SMMFamous does NOT guarantee full delivery within 24 hours.
All delivery times shown are estimates only, not guaranteed.
We will not be responsible for loss of funds, negative reviews, or bans due to late delivery.
If you sell on time-sensitive platforms, use SMMFamous at your own risk.
You may request a refund of remaining balance in your account by opening a support ticket.
By completing a payment, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback for any reason.
If a dispute or chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to:
Terminate all future orders
Ban your account
Remove any delivered followers/likes from your or your clients’ accounts
Orders placed on SMMFamous cannot be canceled or refunded after they are submitted.
Non-deliverable orders will be refunded as account balance credit only.
Misplaced orders or orders made to private accounts do not qualify for refunds.
Any fraudulent activity, including use of unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will result in permanent termination.
Do not use more than one server/service at the same time for the same link. This causes incorrect results and will not be refunded.
Most services start instantly. Some may take 24–48 hours. If your order is delayed, contact support. We are available 24/7.
